VAT (Value Added Tax): The seller is responsible for paying any applicable VAT in the exporting country, as well as ensuring compliance with VAT regulations in the importing EU member country. Transportation and Freight: The seller is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with transportation and freight of the goods from the exporting EU country to the importing EU country. Customs Clearance: The seller shall manage customs clearance procedures and any necessary documentation for the export and import of the goods within the EU. Risk of Loss or Damage: The seller bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods until they are delivered to the buyer's specified location within the importing EU member country. Documentation: The seller will provide all essential documentation required for the export and import clearance of the goods within the EU. Inspection and Acceptance: The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Additional Costs: Any additional costs or charges incurred during transportation, export, import, or delivery will be the responsibility of the seller. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or discrepancies related to this DDP delivery, the parties agree to resolve them through amicable negotiations.

Customs Clearance: The seller shall handle all customs clearance procedures and related expenses, ensuring that the goods are cleared for importation into the United States. Risk of Loss or Damage: The seller shall bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods until they are delivered to the buyer's specified location in the United States. Documentation: The seller will provide all necessary documentation required for import clearance and delivery of the goods. Additional Costs: Excluding sales tax any additional costs or charges incurred during the transportation, importation, or delivery process shall be the responsibility of the seller. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or discrepancies related to this DDP delivery, the parties agree to resolve them through amicable negotiations. By agreeing to these DDP terms, the buyer acknowledges their responsibility for sales tax payment while the seller takes on all other DDP-related expenses and obligations.
