ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with GLOBAL WOLF MOTORS LLC. (“we”, “us”, or “GLOBAL WOLF MOTORS”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Order of any of our Product(s).

 

By submitting your Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

 

ORDER RESERVATION

When placing a Pre-Order for our product(s), you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information.

 It is your responsibility to ensure that all such information is accurate and kept up to date.

 We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

You may update your information at any time prior to your product(s) being shipped by sending an e-mail to hello@mosphera.com.

 

PRICE & PAYMENT

You will be charged the full Order price of the product(s) at the time of placing the Order.

 

Methods of payment that are accepted:

  • Direct Bank Transfers

  • Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard)

  • PayPal

The purchase price does include EU taxes.

The purchase price does not include import duties, transfer fees, and other governmental charges.

 

ORDER PRIORITY

We are building and assembling product(s) according to the order in which the Order is received or taking from our stock if it is available.

If you cancel your reservation in accordance with these Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the reservation list.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping costs will be calculated and generated at the product checkout page.

The product(s) will be sent to the original address provided unless specified.

 International customers are responsible for additional fees, duty, taxes, or customs incurred for shipping the product(s).

ORDER DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Estimated production time on all Orders if Product is not in stock is 20-90 days from closing date of Order listing.

If Product is in stock it will be processed within 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Production time depend on an Orders demand and are being executed in sequential order.

You will receive shipping notification and tracking through e-mail once your product(s) has shipped.

Please do not place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date.

Orders can have production delays.

We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

 

REFUND & RETURN

As we are committed to deliver to you high-quality, thoughtfully designed premium micromobility products, we want you to feel satisfied about your purchase experience.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AFTER PLACING ORDER

You have a right to cancel a contract at any time within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, beginning on the day after you have received the product(s) without giving a reason.

 

The cancellation period will expire after 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which you or a third party (of your consent) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

You can inform us electronically by e-mailing us to mosphera@globalwolfmotors.com or contact us at GLOBAL WOLF MOTORS LLC. Ganibu street 157B, Liepaja, Latvia, LV-3411 of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from when you are in receipt of your order.

 

In this case, you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price in accordance with this Terms.

 

REFUND PROCESS

If you cancel this contract within 14 (fourteen) days after placing pre-order for the product(s), we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges.

 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we have received your statement for cancelling your pre-order.

 

If you cancel this contract within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving product(s), we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for delivery charges.

 

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned the product(s) to the specified address.

 

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, Debit card, Bank Transfer, etc.) we are not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.

 

We have rights to make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any product(s) supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We may with hold reimbursement until we have received the product(s) back or you.

 

You shall send back the product(s) or hand them over to us at [Latvia, Liepaja, Ganibu street 157B; LV-3411] or any of our partner distributors nearest to your location that will be specified by us, when you fill a return, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract.

 

The product(s) must be returned in the condition it was initially received (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.).

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product(s).

 

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while it is in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s).

 

You must ensure that product(s) are carefully packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the return transit.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Damaged, missing, or wrong product(s) claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

 

Please inspect product(s) carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem.

Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the product(s) and the order.

 If you return a defective product(s) we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a 5 (five) working days.

 

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within 14 (four-teen) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.

 

Product(s) returned by you because of a product(s) defect will be prevented and repaired or refunded in full purchase price, excluding a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

 

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us through our e-mail hello@mosphera.com.

 

TRACKING YOUR RETURN

For return tracking and security purposes, please retain a copy of the return tracking number from the return label you use.

 

Please note that any returns received which do not meet these requirements may be refused.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances we will be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. If we are held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of purchase price without interest.

 

As long as we shall within 14 (fourteen) working days after delivery of the product(s) does not receive from the you written notice of any matter or thing by reason whereof it is alleged that product(s) are not in accordance with the Terms, product(s) delivered shall be deemed to have been supplied, delivered and accepted in all respects in full conformity with the agreement and you shall be entitled neither to reject the same nor to raise any claim for damages or for other remedy in respect of any alleged negligence and/or breach of warranty and/or any condition.

 

Unless otherwise specifically restricted by mandatory applicable law, our liability under any claim and in connection with any possible allegation, whether based on negligence, agreement, or any other cause of action, shall be limited to either:

  • replacement of the product(s).

  • repair of the product(s).

  • credit in an amount equal to the purchase price specified in pertinent invoice.

TRANSFER OF RISK

Once product(s) has shipped and leaves our possession, we are not responsible for the package.

 

If you fail to accept delivery of the product(s) on the date set forth in our notice that we have delivered the product(s) to the provided delivery location, or if we are unable to deliver the product(s) to the delivery location on the date because you have failed to provide appropriate instructions, documents, licenses, or authorizations, then the product(s) will be deemed to have been delivered to you.

 

If there is a concern with tracking, please contact the assigned delivery company for your order.

 

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS

Our product(s) must be operated in accordance with the applicable law.

 

Always wear eye protection, a helmet, and protective clothing.

 

Operating an electric scooter involves risks and dangers involving serious bodily injury. These risks and dangers also include but are not limited to paralysis, disability, dismemberment, and death. You assume all risks and fully assume and accept responsibility for events that may not be foreseeable including economic loss, social distress, losses, costs, and damages caused because of riding activities.

 

You understand that you must abide by laws and be in proper physical condition to ride an electric scooter. If you are not familiar with how to operate an electric scooter, you should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding.

 

You are also responsible to inspect and ensure electric scooter before using it to make sure that the vehicle is safe to use and in riding order

We strongly do recommend avoiding excessive speed.

Remember to ride your scooter using common sense and avoiding recklessness.

 

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
